  9. Zeera Raita: mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Now raita is ready to serve.
  10. Red chutney: take out the seeds from the chillies and soak them into water for 5 minutes..
  11. Now boil chillies and garlic for 3-5 minutes. (This water will use in blending too).
  12. Now blend chillies, garlic,salt, lemon and water in a blender. Now your Chutney is ready to serve..
  13. Salad: cut cucumbers, onions, tomatoes and green chillies (without seeds). Mix salt, 1 lemon juice,pinch of black pepper with vegetables. Your salad is ready 😊.
