  13. Mix properly and knead it in smooth dough by adding a little bit of water..
  14. Then a small ball from dough and roll it in shape of Parantha with roller pin. You can also roll Parantha with your hands on a plastic sheet..
  15. Heat up a tawa. Placed Parantha on it cook it properly from both sides by applying ghee on it.
