Instructions to make Daal Palaak with Rice, Achaar, salaad, Papar...π:
- Take toor dal soaked in water for 15 minutes add it in a pressure cooker.
- Add turmeric, chilli powder, salt, ghee and water.
- Close the lid and cook until 2 whistles on medium heat.
- Take spinach and cut it into thin strips..
- Now add ghee, cumin seeds, hing, ginger and garlic in pan fry it for a minute.
- Add green chillies, and fry it a little now add onion.
- Fry until it becomes translucent add tomatoes.
- Cook until it becomes soft add salt, chilli powder and coriander powder mix it well.
- Add the dal and mix it now add the palak and mix it boil it for 2 minutes.
- Add lime juice and coriander leaves mix it well.
- For tadka.... add ghee and cumin seeds let it crackle.
- Add dry red chillies and chilli powder mix it.
