- Once the rock sugar melts completely, and agar powder is cooked, off the fire and pour the remaining orange juice. Taste the mixture and if it is not sweet enough/still sour, feel free to add more caster sugar and mix until the sugar dissolve completely.
- Pour the agar mixture to the orange shell.
- Let it cool for few hour, keep in the fridge. Serve cold! So refreshing!.
