- And constantly stir it otherwise it would burn from down...
- So u have to stir it vigorously....
- When the consistency becomes little thick...give it a stir and turn off the flame...
- Again stir it for 10 mins more....
- After it becomes little cold....not too cold not too hot at this stage u have to bottle it.....
- And keep it to cool don't put the lid now because the water droplets would damage the jam...let it cool thoroughly and then cover it...
- Our yummy mango jam is ready to eat..spread on bread....and have it...😋😋😋.
